first time ive played football in 4 months and im completely shite at it.. Used to be ok, quite quick / nippy & adgile but now its a case of 'oh dear' .. lol
too many beers / pizzas / kebabs / other crap..
I think ive learned today that fitness is an important thing in life.
I love watching rugby, and cant help thinking that If I went at the fitness training from day one i would have been able to give it a try..
Suppose if you ever have kids.. get them doing pressups daily, get em in the gym etc.. Too late for me now!

I know this isnt a sport but i have started playing the bass!(someones idea here
) and im really enjoying it its fun to come back after a shit day and play some music and chill out!
