Went to see it with the GF... needless to say she was less impressed than i was.

Fucking quality film though.

anyone seen shutter island?

I grew out of kids films when I was 14.

I had my doubts about that Predators film but that trailer looks fucking epic!!

theres a big difference between an actor , and a movie star ,,,,,,,, theres a big difference between a film , and a popcorn movie


i like to watch a serious quality film ,,,,,,,,,,,a film that evokes your intellect , a film that raises questions , like the adrian brody staring pianist , or something political or factual , a real quality film etc .


but just as much , i love the rip roaring pop corn acton blockbuster , where i can leave my brain at home and just be entertained .


nobody could accuse arnie of being a great actor ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but as an action movie star he was fantastic .

and the reason for predator 1's success wasn't just a tight script and good production values ,,,,,,,,, it had arnie .



predator 2 wasn't tooo bad but both the alien vs predator films were ,,,,,,, lets face it ,,,,,,, shit .


a new predator film needs a huge budget , perhaps a complete race of predators invading earth on a massive scale and a muscle bound movie star blowing everything up,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, not an actor.

Kick Ass is the film of the year so far for me ( kids Movie) your having a laugh mate.
Trailer to Predators does doesn't really give anything away. I don't think Adrian Brody looks the action hero type to me (too Thin)

i watched kickass the other day and was realy suprised on the quality and content of the movie, not what i was expecting at all!
i realy recomend, if you havn't seen it....you realy should!
