i feel for you lee,a few years ago i booked puerta rico for me and the missus and paid for it well in advance only to discover she was pregnant a week later and would be like 8 and a half months gone at the time of the holiday lol,we got eff all back as it was part of a group booking which guarenteed the price for the other people going,we could'nt even sell it on as most of our friends were going anyway.

You need to speak to an expert in contract law.
Some solicitors offer a free initial consultation, so you can find out whether you have a case or not.

A very negative posting there jpfuk, please increase posting positivity.

Something like "I really hope trayhop finds an Internet cafe, it'd be lovely to hear how he's getting along on holiday. I wish him all the best."

I went there last week, first pub i checked was a yabba dabba, got darts marathon for £30 off a score, turned round to play the lucky strike to see the women turn it off   how friendly, i checked the quizzer on the way out but it had nothing on, shame because she never thought of giving that the plug treatment.

<<sarcaism detected>>

Ok, well you kept on the negative trail and had a little dig there, well if that's how it's going to be, so be it. I can only use combinations of words to bring you over to the good side and I may not be using the right combinations, only time will tell.

I'm curious about the 'devils memos', what is that exactly?

Beezlebub takes out one of those dictaphones, famously associated with highly strung corporate types and Alan Partridge.

"Memo to self, must remember to stoke up the flames of hell later today."

"Memo: Sharpen up trident points after breakfast."

<<click>>

Ah yes,

<<press record>>

"Memorandum, keep jpfuk's seat warm, ready for a fully armed assault on fruit chat with the best weapons, namely vitriol, hatred and sarcaism."

Let the fiery flames of hell roast the very embers of this already charred thread.

Please, just be..........nice.
