Well, travelled back from a different country today so didn't catch the full scoop.
Contrary to the trend in this thread, I was quite proud and satisfied something of clear and lasting significance was viewed by millions of people in representation of the UK.
Something more than Brits abroad. Don't get me wrong, I pebble dashes the streets of Ibiza in '97.
However, our stock is sinking and I'm a patriot. So I'm glad to see some long overdue recompense. This has has been a major event that has been watched, the world over as an example of a history and grandeur.
It's good for England so it's good for me.
