theres a drink in it for you anfield m8 if they do
No they'll just cancel the order, especially with it being a pre order not out until next monday, they haven't charged your card yet.
I ordered 1 just before 10pm. The odd order they might have stood but with orders of 75 they'll know you've spotted a mistake and cancel it.

Please note: This is an 'open' order and has not been processed by our dispatch department. No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Play.com until Play.com dispatches the product(s) ordered. We will confirm that the product(s) have been dispatched by a confirmation email. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Play.com of your offer to buy goods from Play.com or a third party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by Play.com (whether or not you receive that e-mail).
Yeah it will definitely be cancelled. I think it was who Asda made a cock up on their webby a while back, and a crate of grolsch was on there for 99p instead of £9.99. I tried to get 20 and it didn't work, as when they noticed they didn't finish the order off.
"Sixty percent of the time, it works, every time!"
You've only really signed a contract that says you agree to buy at that price.
In order for it to be legally binding, they have to agree that it is the correct price. Which they are unlikely to do!
Even shops which do display incorrect prices are not obliged to sell at the wrong price. Otherwise you'd have a whole new level of fraud where people can just move price tags and stickers to buy expensive items on the cheap.

surely that forms a contract ?
I think it depends weather they have charged your card / taken your cash - if so, then I think its binding.
it used to be but nowadays i could be wrong though!
I am not a lawyer but as I recall it, under English law for there to be a binding contract there has to be amongst other things both an offer and an acceptance. Advertising something at a price does not constitute an offer but merely "an invitation to treat" or in other words they are inviting you bto make them an offer at the stated price- they are not obliged to accept it and therefore no contractual relationship.

That said tried to have a dabble this morning and lathough still advertised at £9.99- tries to charge you £99.99 when you get to checkout
I've just had a gander at play.com and the price has been corrected to £99.99, but my account page still has it at £9.99.........I await an email with baited breath.....
....but if you want a bargain, HMV are selling it for £94.99.
