I don't knows ins and our off it but basically it's the best way to burn fat. In 24 hours you have a window maximum of 8 to as low as 4 hours to get your calories. For the rest of the time just take on fluids with no calories. Water diet pop etc. if you are training obviously you need your calories. And for 16 hours a day your body burns fat. I had a binge sat and Sunday ate shite. But I stopped eating at 330 yester day I'm just sat down now taking my daily calories. I went longer than 16 hours its just to help shift the beer and shite. I'm at the gym at 6 for an hour it gives me an hour to take on more protein after iv trained. Fairly simple really and easy after the first couple of days.
