Im pretty tempted to buy that Skoda 1.2 Diesel that Oddfeet has, 90mpg is pretty amazing, didn't know it had such a low fuel consumption. If I had that car at the beginning of last year it would have almost paid for itself by now. The Skoda and the smart fortwo cdi are the best two cars for the job in terms of cost I think.

I've seen the same person doing the fruits in a couple of pubs locally and one the pubs has a large car park. There was a white Focus RS 09 parked up.
A few weeks ago I saw him getting out of the RS 09 when I was coming out of Blockbusters.
Obviously not his main income (I'd assume), but he may have to pay for his insurance via fruits!!! :P

Agree with this, a fruits car shouldn't be too good becuase you just end worrying about it and its not worth it. Not sure if I'd really go for a suzuki though trayhop but if its being a good car for you, hey what do I know.trayhop123 wrote:i wouldn't agree ,,,,,,,, a lot like myself buy n drive these type of cars for economy .maverick69 wrote:. a lot of players drive shitty micras, clios, fiestas..they just dont make the coin to get any better.

Im a big fan of the new crossover breed, they make good machine cars because of their versatility. I like something thats not too bulky but will give you a little extra protection on the motorway. Some good machine cars are, Ford focus/mondeo, old shape Avensis, Skoda octavia/fabia, some of the volvo range and freelanders are also good but a bit more pricey. I did own a BMW a while ago but it didn't last long as there was lots of fiddley things going wrong with it. Also started worrying everytime I parked it, and wouldn't park it certain places which just meant more hassle. Also the run-flat tyres were 200 each, it was a bad buy to be honest.

as for the suzuki redlines m8 ,,,,,,,( unusual choice i agree ) paid £1500 for it with only 20k genuine on the clock . ,,,,,,,, had to have it for that price.
had no problems with it whatsoever
