I get shockingly bad hayfever too - usually resulting in nose bleeds. Pretty much sniffing away right from May-August which sucks.

went out and got one yesterday, basicly it uses "red light therapy" (im reading off the box!!) to suppress the cells thet release "histamine", thereby relieving the symptoms of hay fever!! beleive me .... IT F***ING WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you need to use it every 6 hours but ive been able to go outside without hardly a sniffle!! im normally sneezing every 2 minutes!!

Ooh, this sounds cool! I get pretty bad hayfever, although it seems to be getting a bit better year on year. I might well go and get one of these though. :)

I get it awful, really bad, tried everything, best I found was the cheapest Tesco tablets.

I seem to get it worst when the suns gone in and its dull, just before it rains.
Its shit though, I can tell you that !!

Exactly the same as me! I've woken up sneezing my head off in the night before, and almost all the time, a storm has followed. :(

these devices are £14.99 and you can get the ioniser as well for a fiver, if you have got bad hay fever i would seriously consider purchasing one of these, the ioniser is ok too for clearing dust and stuff out the air.
i have been out all day today near barnsley and i forgot to use my hayfever thingy and ive been itching and sneezing all day, but within 10 mins of using it when i got back CLEAR AND NO SNEEZING!!

i saw this advertised in the sun and may give it a go.
i have a condition called perrenial rhinitus which is similar to hayfever although i have it even in the winter , ive suffered for years with it , about a year ago i decided to see the doctor and was perscribed a nasal steroid called nasonex , since taking this spray once daily up each nostril i have rarely even had a blocked nose , downside is i may have to have it for the rest of my life.

Long term use of steroids, even topically, is not good. Leads to thinning of the skin I think? :?
