I hope that wasn't a serious question.

Remember the advert?

"Take two bottles into the shower?"
"Yes - I'm an alcoholic."

How old are you lot??

I am 29 now and i did drink a fair bit when i went out on fri/sat nights when i was younger
Dont go out at weekends much now (i have a 6 month old baby) and i have never drank in the house
So i would say about 5-10 pints per month at the most
When playing i drink soft drinks
If i am pushed i will buy a beer but i will not drink it all

I sound really sad dont i??

It just does not interest me much these days
And i and my waistline feel all the better for it

What do you guys say would mean you were an alcoholic???
I have a mate who says he drinks only as much as most people
He has about 8 cans a night and a lot more at weekends
He cannot go into a pub and not buy a pint

I'm nearly 30 and I only buy beers in pubs. I am very anti fizzy-pop.

I am even more anti Alcopops!

One of these days my conscience will kick-in (aswell as my liver) and tell me to cut down. I just get the feeling that punters who walk into pubs and buy a beer don't get looked at in the same way that those who buy coke and head straight for the fruity.

I am also a member of CAMRA - and my love of ale is a genuine one :)
