The Smurfs!
I went as a shop-bought Spiderman. Bumped into some other guy wearing the exact same costume. I was mortified.

One of my uni mates went to a party as Pele a while ago. Blacked himself up and got a black wig, was one of the funniest things i'd seen in ages!
