Very nice!

I love the Escort Cosworth and still stand and point like a little kid whenever I see one - which ain't often btw and yes, the missus calls me a knob! But I call the stupid EU bearaucrats (sp?) the knobs.

I quite like the RS Focus too....best hot-hatch around? It has to be. I'd love to see a RS500 version on the road though.

Been in some sheds in my time but fuck me rather crawl backwards everywhere than be seen in that.
Who the fuck walks into a dealership points at that and says "that one". Could you imagine the salesmans babble getting rid of that "yes sir you heard me correct, 0-60 in a week. Real head turner, you won't fail to pick up women"

Seriously mav is that yours?
He isn't right of course, he just thinks he is.

I had a V6 Vectra. Nice and comfy as it was the CDX with all the refinements.
About the only thing it didn't have was a bloody tea's maid.
The V6 Cavalier I had before that was my favourite by far.
Very underrated and quick with a sound, solid engine that went on for 360,000 before the head gasket went.

Then I got a new shape Vectra and got put off Vauxhalls for life. Two gearboxes, two clutches and untold visits to the garage. Worst thing I'd ever driven.

Ouch, I had the SRI, black old shape 2.5, about 7 or 8 years ago now maybe longer worth about

£2.5 - £3K at the time but got it for £1K as my mate needed the dough, used it for a couple of years

then went working away fixing, always got the train as it's was just a one was journey plus if I wanted

a few beers and a play I wasn't hampered as I didn't rely on playing for the main source of income so it wasn't really

critical to have, it ended up just sitting in the drive for about a year and half with nothing wrong as all, sold it

in the end for exactly the £1K I bought it for, never drove the newer shaped Vectras, glad I didn't now. these days

I'm using a works van, Tbh I'm getting old an lazyish, used to love driving now I hate it.
