After many phone conversations it was decided i needed an engineers visit
Because my warranty has run out it cost me £65
Anyway when the guy turned up at 630 this evening he seemed pissed off with work
He told me there was nothing he could do, and he would go get a brand new box from his van
When he returned he says 'Because sky have pissed me off today i am giving you the new pvr3 model
This stores double the old one'
So i am more than happy paying £65 for the latest box withg more storage
