Anybody seen this? Cracking film! The best sci-fi I've seen in years!

And all done on a budget similar to that of a year of Eastenders. LOL

Although I did wonder why they had to subtitle the nigerians, when it was pretty clear what they were saying. I.e. they were speaking English.

I made a point of ignoring anything other than the fact there were alien weapons that I'd love to have a play with! :)

Watched it this evening and yeah, its a pretty good film....a bit alternative, shall we say.

The beginning reminded me of Cloverfield with the hanycam feel and the documentary style. Then it turned into a 'proper' film. They did well with the shoestring budget as I was half expecting to view a Bad Taste or Braindead sort of film. Two of Peter Jacksons pre-KK, LOTR films.

I suppose the moral of the story was, who were the bad guys?

Not a bad film but i expected a bit more though. I found the main char voice very irritating. There is talk of a sequel i hear.

I enjoyed it. Even more impressed now, as I didn't realise it was on a budget.
