New Internet Explorer

Anyone else finding this tedious? Facebook 'rarely' remembers who I am, even though I check the little 'remember me' box and the cookie seems fine. Logging into FC is a random thing - sometimes it remembers me, sometimes it doesn't.

It's also tedious that it places all your recently explored directories in the history - when I want to go to a website that I may have been to recently, but didn't bookmark - it's impossible to find. Grr...

Logging into Facebook annoys me too. As does none of my fantasy football sites ever 'remembering' me. Fruitchat seems okay though, just a double click and hey presto!

As for your history, I wouldn't be surprised if most on here delete the majority of their history immediately after use...or is that just me? :?

Cannon: Might as well - to be fair, apart from the 'bugs', there's little of any value...?! :(

TBF to IE8 I get the same problems with FB using IE7. Its been going on for about 3 weeks now and is really pissing me off. Yesterday I didnt get asked to log in once, so I thought that things were sorted. FB made up for it today though, EVERY SINGLE DAMN TIME I had to log-in!!!!! and im laid in bed ill so i logged in LOADS of times!
Its nice to know that im not the only one with log-in problems though, so im assuming its a cookie thing?

As for IE8 I downloaded it as soon as it was released and knew within 15 minutes that I would be going back to 7. I gave it about a week incase I got used to it. But I rolled back to 7 and that is where I am stopping!
