Post by gambogaz1 »

Anyone know what it's like for night out in Banbury, I'm heading down there next month so was wondering what the nightlife is like??

Also is it worth me taking gambling funds with me or will the northampton boys be sat on every worthwile unit incase the Huuuuuventry regular rears his head anywhere??

Cheers

Myself & croz stopped in Banbury on one of our mad long road trips a while back. Walked into a pub - dial. Lovely. Bought 2 drinks, went over, put in £1, on 10p and twinkling. Drinks left, Banbury hastily exited. :x

lol we stopped there aswel, theres a hall of fame and a paragon that goes there but we done the paragone for £90 so assume its chipped now!

plus the Hall of fame was flat but got a dial out of it to break even! Not really worth playing although if you are on a night out obviously theres a chance players will be drinking aswel so you can make whilst bevvying!!

I stopped off there once too, theres an arcade which had a keying extreme £4 starting! I expect the locals were barred, didnt really go into the bars as we were a bit pushed for time.

and if ya think thats classy matt ,,,,,,,, talking of the things we put ourselves through ,

back in the 2p days , me , nigel and two others , went skegness on the train one february , we lost our b+b money , playing fruits , and had no option but to fish a load of cardboard out of a skip , it was freezing , snow everywhere ,
anyway we lined the floor in a pissy floor'd public toilets (between skeg n ingoldmells)with the cardboard , and the 4 of us slept there huddled up together against the door , so nobody walked in on us through the night, ,,,,,,,, obviously through the night the piss soaked through the cardboard , and we all woke with hyperthermia , ,,,,, caught the 7am train back to leicester , freezing and stinking of piss. ,,,,,,,,,, the things we do indeed lol.
