Street Fighter IV has been pre-ordered from Play.com for a while now, £27.99 and hopefully I'll get it a day earlier too.
Are there any SF3 : Third Strike fans here? Coz as good as this looks its gonna take some to top that.
As far as I can remember Sheng Long was either the style of fighting Ryu and Ken implement OR it was the actual name for the 'dragon punch', it was never an unlockable character and as someone rightly mentioned it was a hoax, an urban myth which has stood the test of time.
And yes, Gouken looks awesome...........btw, do we have any http://www.gametrailers.com surfers? Loadsa SF IV videos on there to muse.

Taken from here: http://www.icpug.org.uk/national/hist2.htmHere is another aside at how things change. A complaint in the newsletter about the high price of RAM. Someone paid £700 + VAT for 32Mb of memory. He got the usual response (I can remember when 8K cost over £100)! Windows 95, if nothing else, certainly helped to ramp up memory requirements and with it the cost came down. That same 32Mb could be bought for £25 in the right places today.
"And do you ever contradict yourself, Minister?" "Well, yes and no..."
I paid a £100 extra for a 1mb instead of a 512k version. Must have been about '89.Matt Vinyl wrote:Slightly OT, but I remember my dad shelling out £899 to upgrade the RAM in our Amiga by 1mb!!! Now we walk about with 8gb in our pockets! (Phone / USB sticks!) At the late 80s early 90s rate then, that'd be £7,192,000!![]()
Roulette free since December 2011.
