Phoenix Power - .22 calibre

Post by thehut »

Need something to keep me busy on a Friday afternoon, so acted on the Cardinal's suggestion...

Easy if you are of the era: What was the name of the Principle in US Kids TV classic, 'Saved by The Bell'?

Just in case you wanted the actors name rather than the characters name, in which case I'll guess at Dennis Haskins (I'm sad...)

Edit: D'oh! Customer came in and interrupted my post.
Still kicking about.

It's certainly hard if you don't know the answer.

However, I'm assuming that you don't expect us to recall all the major dates / years in the confectionary calendar, so is there maybe a signifance to the letter M?

Hmm... what major events have happened which begin with M & M? I'm going to go for 1978, to celebrate the launch of the sitcom "Mork and Mindy".

Well M&Ms were first introduced as a snack for GI's during World War 2 therefore it is anytime after 1939.

Cardinal it isnt 1978.

Right. Maybe they printed the M on to celebrate the end of the war.

So I'll go for 1945
