That's the fella.

The chap who invented it wanted to call it Hobby but he wasn't allowed. The hobby's Latin name is falco subbuteo, so he called it Subbuteo instead.

Anyway, my knowledge of Oxford colleges is rather crap, so I'll pass (but not before cheating and seeing 3 possible candidates, none of which I could have guessed).
