Ka .... that would be calcium?

Nack... would be sodium if it weren't for that pesky 'ck' at the end

Mug is Mugram, Al is aluminimum, Zn is zinc, and Feb just puts any theory I had to the answer out the window.

Erm... metals needed for a healthy life?

I deliberately added a few extra letters in to make it harder, and to add to the phonetics. Mug should be Magnesium, Nack Should be Na C. Does that make it any easier?

Sodium is a group 1 metal, Al is group 3, Zinc is a transition metal.. they don't all appear on a line in the periodic table do they?

Is it an order of reactivity?
