Having said that, I'm at a bit of a loss cos I've never been to London. I'll go for the Cenotaph, even though it probably isn't.

it was finished in the sixties and you have definitely heard of it.
clue: it is not a government department or connected with Royalty

not wholly sure, one of those anachronisms i guess (unless there is something we don't know about going on there, bin laden's grotto or something)
