that is actually a very good guess darcle as primitive man did use moulds to alleviate pain. but they didn't have the sophistication to make a liquid of it.

edit: or cod liver oil.

btw, the efficacity has only been verified subsequent to cavemen using it.

it is an amazing substance is bee sick, the only food which doesn't 'go off', natural antihistamine, mollifier, coagulent and it tastes damn fine on a slice of toast.
