Well done unknown, it's the Place de Charles de Gaulles... 12 roads coverging on one roundabout...I've been trying to verify whether the insurance thing is hokum... Wikipedia doesn't mention it but other places do...

Funniest thing is tourists trying to cross it to get to the Arc de Triomphe, not realising there's a tunnel underneath the road which would probably be a bit safer.

if viewed from above, a rainbow is a perfect torus. which common foodstuff is shaped like an approximate torus?
