Nope- I dont think the Greeks were too clever on skis back in the early days.
I agree it is difficult to find this answer in one place on Google which is partly the reason I chose the question
Grecian- I have not completely verified the answer on the card but prima facie the third one seems to stack up.

Yes, it did boycott Moscow. Switzerland is the third answer I had too - looks like it does need a bit of checking though.
