To engineer a runner-up place in a group because of the draw? They prefered to play the team they would if they came second rather than first?

Weyland is nearly right but not 100% right yet.

barbados were winning 1-0, sealy's deliberate own goal made it 1-1 and the game went into extra time. so why did he do this?
