Dont know what the connection with Nature is but I will guess Nigeria- a mate at Diageo used to spend a lot of time there and I know they brew a special strong African version?

neither of those is the answer on the card- Australia has a few and according to the little chart in my diary, Greenland is GmT -3 and so presumably different to denmark.
