No and no. Moldova is next to Ukraine and Turkmenistan borders Iran (which of course given recent events definitely has terrritorial waters)

HE has it- Lichtenstein nestles between Austria and Switzerland neither of which are too famous for their seafood.

Well done - thought that was gonna run and run. Now I can get on with some work without having to refer to the little map at the back of my diary every 2 minutes

I think it was HP brown sauce or something? Jimmy White changed his name by deed poll to james brown (get it? :P ), but couldn't use the name as he'd already registered to play as jimmy white. D'oh!
