i'm going to guess that the Cardinal is beng sly so Serbia & montenegro since a country which is no longer legally recognised as such cannot have a league? are there any straws left?

It wasnt beckham. Also it wasnt in that game that this substitution happened. Its an ex-England player that had to leave the field of play.
