Just wondering what peoples thoughts are on the above,

My local has been over-run with them now, 3 cabs in total and not a traditional awp in sight,

Did drop a £70jp straight in while dabbling on some low-tech bingo game,

Had a go on £70 BTQ - shocking - not one board above £3 quid!

New Monopoly game - shocking - £25 through it and got 1 board - awarded £1 on entry into the cashpot then dead 1st spin!

all played on £1 stake.

One other very annoying thing, while trying to collect my £70, after pressing the collect button it displays a message on screen 'do you want to bank it or print ticket'

so get your money you have to press 'print ticket' (it hasn't got a printer btw) only then will it payout £3 of your winnings

The above has to be done for every £3 !!
fe*king really tedious,
Surely that's not in keeping with the new regulations, they are blatantly making it it as difficult as possible for you to collect your winnings.

or are they just a bunch of fu*kwit 'engineers' and set it up wrong

Ohh and one other annoying thing, same game gave me £2 + repeat chance, it didn't repeat then spun the reels and took another £1 out of my credits - so £2 win cost me £2 to get - surely @ £1 a go it should only take credit if it gives the repeat and not spin if you lose

I've played out the bin it to win it game on it.

The idea is stolen from hellraiser and clones in that you have a yellow and red trail, yellow trail you can die on, red trail (Obtained via 3 symbols) gives you upgrades/cash repeats/shots/streak symbols only thing missing is the nudges.
The shots are for what at 1st appears to be a DOND copy but in reality it's far from it, you have your 2 lines of amounts from £1 upto MS but the shots just offer the minimum they can, even if you build up say 10 shots it'll go
£3,£1,£4,£2,£6,£5,£8,£7,£10 get my point??
Such a slow and dull game to play.
Cost well over £40 to get offered above £5 then another £40 to start getting offered the £20 which is the last amount till £70 IIRC, Ended up costing £120 for MS via the streak symbols.
Yep, flat £70 even though I could of collected £70 cash about £20 or so earlier.
During the £120 the most cash shot I ever got offered was £15 and I never once got a board where say you'd get 2 shots and it offered £10 or above, if you only had 2 shots you would get offered £3 max
Totally rigged gameplay, expensive board costs & no incentive of board exchanges either, gambled from £2.50 (Toggle gamble style) right upto £10 and the board started £1.20/bottom feature & 2 super trail symbols lit.
Just utter Wank

Oh on the payout issue this 1 says bank or collect so I pressed bank, it put the £70 in the bank then payed straight out down to £50 as it had broke the limit

I came across the print ticket fiasco yesterday. Exiting to main menu/choosing different game will also allow you to collect another £5 before it offers the print ticket option again.
Very tedious. Nobody wants to go to the bar and advertise what they have just won...I'm sure bar staff will remember you if cashing £70+ tickets on a regular basis, even if you are cycling and rotating. You can't even stay under the noise radar on a juice as it clatters the coins out pre exit from hopper.

Couldn't Agree more Crosby mate, but after spawning over £100 profit off a few DOND's £70JP you start to get that invincible feeling that your lucks right in. Then you go and push it too far. :x

LOL, tend to agree, but it is my local and there's nowt else in there apart from a crane machine, shooting star skill machine, 10 capsule dispensers and 2 quizzers.

We don't all make a living off machines so don't need to conform to pro rules on what to and what not to play. As I've said before, I enjoy my playing as it's not a day in, day out trawl and isn't about the need to make money on a consistent basis, let alone to pay any bills. Profit is a bonus. I like Billy the Quid in game play terms - easy to read dead boards and sack em off - taxi square isn't completely water tight on blocking going in early - yesterdays went in off £19 but like I said it's the buzz of early tops and just playing that I enjoy, and from what I have gathered so far, through normal game play, early tops seem much harder to attain on £70's.
We've been through this many times, there are different levels of player that post on this site, so your quote should only be aimed at one of those types of player.

I'll only approach these for a quick water-test of BTQ - like Kid, I quite enjoy these and find them pretty easy to read. Countless £105s off of the £35 ones to - generally for quite a tidy profit. :)

Bit OT, but I've had some good results on things 'I should not be playing' - particularly 'Let's Play DOND'. Played two of these and both have gone for the MS within £30 or so. £70 off of one (followed about £10 later by a £33.xx deal - £70 and £4 remaining - £4 was in the box.) The second gave me a £97 (?) MS off of a similar amount - nice profit - but pretty spawny. Only other £70 I've played is a STC which played very nicely and gave me a £70 top off of £20 and a £25 from Block and Roll (proper name?) I'm going to remain up on LPDOND and not touch another unless I see it get absolutely rallied. Anyway, I digress... ;)

Monopoly is a straight force. Like 95% of £70 machines, it will do absolutlely nothing for 50-100 quid, then give you a jackpot out the blue. The mega streak (4 stations) is absolutely PHENOMINAL. It goes for anywhere between 70 and 70.

Keeps me on the edge of my bar stool everytime...

I nearly fell of my stool when I started reading this... until I got to the end of the sentence. These are desperate, as I posted in another thread, desperate gameplay that CAN NOT be forced under any circumstances. Leave well alone and hopefully they will die a very slow and painful death.

Excellent!!! Nothing like a margin of error / buffer zone / headroom of 0! ;)
