Played a good few machines yest and was around £150 up so this meant havin a float of around 225 as i was just out for a few and got extremely lucky on sum machines and big tops ect then i went to play Coppa load of this or whatever its called........

2 quid in and i gamble nudges to 5 and it says auto nudge 15quid and quite red(only 3 blues) so i gamble and lose. i then preceded to put 90ish in for a flat 35!!!!!!!!! Thinkin this is terrible i place evey coin and note in my pocket in and no more tops not even past the 25 and everything was red i even had ARB1 boards and tried to land on last blue feature- having none of it.

So for being £150 up i lost £200 and prob at least £350 into this shite!

LESSON LEARNT!!!!!!!!!

If your willing to play out a CLT after making 150 on the day you only have yourself to blame imo.

was me that posted how shite these are ! well last week .

hate em wont go near them not even a quid, my mate takes the value off em , maybe i should start doing that but then if it £20 boarded me after all ive been through on these pieces of shit i would have to torch it, which would result in a considerable amount of time in prison... so maybe i will just stay away for ever.

I've only ever played this a few times and I have to say its been ok for me. Although it doesn't spin in big wins from the natural reels you have to wait for the good bonusses to come round, then and only then do I bother gambling for the top. Other wise you end up with safe wins every other board. I have to say £2 in and £15 ready I would most definately have got involved. However the profile on these is slightly different to your standard red(s). Having said that, I've had £15 offered after a £70 top, thinking it was still there I went for it, but after the inevitable loss it went dead. But aware of how naughty reds can be, I switched the doobery off and went down to normal spin and just dragged value out until it blocked at a fiver again.

A few of my fellow players hate COB's, but I've had nothing but great results on these. On a Sunday last week myself and my partner in crime made about a ton each around the pubs, about half of that came from 2 COB's. But like above I have heard horror stories!!!

Same here PMK, had mainly great results on both COB and CLOT. One £90 loss on COB ages ago, but other than that it's been chirpy. The CLOT here is on 70% too and i still do fine off it!

I don't understand why it matters if you're up or not. I know CLT's aren't the best Reds but from £15 nudge ready I'd get stuck in.

I played a CLT £15 ready first board - £70 quid later was still £15 ready only once did it gamble up to £25 and that was because it was on a 1

Ended up have to milk it as I only had £100 coins on me, notey had been disabled and no coins behind the bar. :x :x
Took a couple of SnS (faster from red than green :!: ) and a few decent features walked about £25 - sounds like I got lucky

LOL. Ive heard this soo many times over the years. Ive always said, what sodding difference does it make whether your up £50/£100/£300/£800 or down on the day.

As a 'professional player', if the unit is deemed as a profitable unit, it should be played. If its not, then you are playing it as an addict and should be walking away.

Incidently, the people that have always said things like this have always been joeys that get tricks late and bank things for fun.

cheers, Mark

Yep, my philospohy too Mark. It's like people who aim to make say £100 on a day, and when they do they stop. Why??? If you've got stuff that's there to be played, just get on with it, regardless of what you are up or down. It's for this reason i don't count how much i'm up/down on a day until i get home, as it can change your mindset.

I dont stop until the pubs shut. If I run out of machines, theres always another town/village thats worth a recheck.

I threw £50 in a Coppa the other week when England were on. Crap game and I thought what the hell.

After £70 through I got a £70 top. Then newxt board it gave me £15 and I half thought it might go top again but I bottled it and took the £15 so glad I did. Sounds like anasty peice of work.
