NEW £500's

ok, for anyone who's interested, the new £500's are pretty much the same thing as the old ones, bar the fact they are £1 play rather than £2.
mucked about on rainbow riches, the pots are now NOT progressive, so when you get the pots ( I did for £70ish in ), all the pots have different fixed cash amounts in, it gave a silver pot containing £200 which I was happy enough with.
all the astra ones are converted, they give you 20 lines for 1/spin, reel king/original/devils etc.
all in all not much difference tbh

Ive yet to see any round my area. Although next week will be interesting.
BTW- just slightly off topic. On the section 16 Reel King (Party Slots) how much should 3 reel kings give on £2 per go (as in 3 out of 5 possible), minimum, average and maximum.

Minimum would be £5+£5+£5 and the max would be £500.
Some chap was playing one today, 50p ago. £125 off the feature. Bet he wished he had it on £2

its illegal to have any machines coverted to B3 at the moment, not aloud to run them till after the 1st of sept. although im converting ours wed onwards.
the main difrence with the astra is you have a separate bank and credits and have to transfer your winnings across.
not sure bout the RR, but the kits we have have new top boxes with out the progressive pots on.

So I take it he got 5 kings then. Ive witnessed 5 kings at £1 and 5 kings at £2. Ive had the 5 kings at £2.

It can't be illegal to convert them to b3 now, as gala bingo halls have already made the change around here, as with quicksilver arcades...
as for the machines themselves, they are the same but on £1 a go, and the pots are fixed

There is only one exception to this rule; that is the Monty Python and the Holy Grail machines which were put on B3 as a test.

Here's the low down guys
Converting and operating category B3 machines BEFORE the 1st September is illegal.
All Gala, Mecca machines being converted now are under the section 31 rules and will, after the 1st sept be legacy machines. All Bingo and Arcade's will only be able to operate 4 Section 31 or 4 Cat B3 machines and of course a mixture as long as it's no more than 4.
Monty Python is a section 31 machine. All the conversions are taking advantage of the £1 play option under section 31 rules.
All B3 games have different rulings against them. Playing from the win bank (Cat C) Cat B's already do this. Game speed. Transfer of bank to credit limit. Cat B's - £10max. Cat C's £5max
