£35 Juggling Jackpots

Post by Matt Vinyl »

Hi all,

Anyone came across (not literally of course - it's not that exciting!) this machine in this mode?

Played it twice, and have reasonable results on it. I have found that it tends to lose the so called 'turbo gamble' a lot more than it's older brother, but once you are on the board, it seems OK.

A chum and I were playing it the first time, doing the old 'pounds in' routine, and after a fiver a piece, we had the cashpot up to £27 and landed on the inevitable "?". As this is well known for not being a 'forcer' we took the cashpot, which cheerfully repeated twice!

Played it again yesterday, after around £15 in, I'd collected two £5 repeaters (one of which went for a tenner) and then got a great board. I started on the second 'lap' of the board, on a one, so after my first super shot (which was 4 Super Strikes) I went higher than the 1 for an additional shot which to my surprise, landed on JJ! It wasn't red, but what the hell! It went for a sir-her-wheat £85!

Lovely jubbly!

I expect there are also horror stories to be had with these, but so far, no complaints!

And, when the £35ers started appearing around my way, I thought it would herald the end for me (I also had a kinda feeling that it wouldn't be - I'm sure most of us would play if it was a pound a pop for a £50 JP ;) ) but, here's my results so far:

Vortex: £70 top / £50ish profit
OAR: £70 top / £55ish profit
JJ: Twice in profit, as described.

So, no complaints yet. I don't know about you guys, but I find these much easier to read now?

And the sun is out again today :)
"And do you ever contradict yourself, Minister?" "Well, yes and no..."
