Fruit Machine Chat

hi there

i have an italian job fruit machine was working fine brought it out of storage today

plugged it in working fine but i disconnected the speaker before putting into storage because of the noise and the new born

opened it up to re connect the speaker and all of a sudden the dot matrix display has gone it was working fine before i opened the cabinet

i have tried restarting the machine

disconnecting the wires both on the board and the matrix but still no joy

any ideas many thanks sam

Isn't it a green LED? Which Italian Job is it? Are all outputs correct? What is the potential difference across the faulty LED?

what wires would you check as in the colours on the loom and yeah i think its led
