Yesterday in one of my locals, noticed they'd swapped Happy Campers (yay)...for a Money Magic (oh great...). So me and a mate put a few quid in, giving a couple of red boards, nothing special, but got a £15 super streak out of it. Put the coins back in and after about a tenner, it put us up but displayed "Feelin' Hot! Hot! Hot!" and EVERYTHING went red, and i mean everything. Had no idea what it meant, guessed may be IM but the game over the machine span us quickly quelled that idea. Anyone shed any light on this? I guess its just giving all red features, but does it have any underlying meaning?

Yeah, you need to high low on the FIRST cash/feature square it lands on for a guaranteed BM, otherwise it can kill in just a few spins.

"Mate, i just ran £30 through it, it's ready to go"
"It just completely screwed me over"

was a great thing on JTR&R the boxes... Aim for £10, any extras is a bonus..
Wouldn't really call it a sign of hyper payments though.. steeling wins, which JTR&R was the mother of all m/cs for steels!
boom

Errrrm, red boxes brings no guaranteed anything I'm afraid ...
This machine may at times offer a choice where the player has every chance of bankruptcy

Red boxes = Red herring.
Starts you in the centre, gives you £2.50-£5.00 knocks you out to inner ring, offers a couple of cash/feature shots then spins onto the arrow which puts onto ? on the outer ring, lose.
Most of my experiences with red boxes anyway.
