I only use betfair now. Not finished with it, but the punting has become less and less frequent.
One thing ive learned is how much age seems to help.. Mid 20s now and much more wise and controlled. I think many of us will be occasionally guilty of staking much higher on a bet than whats really needed. Thats another good thing about betfair of course
