New shop opened, man offered £50 deal whereby he credits a new online account with £50 if I give him £50 and he credits £50 on the FOBT too! Not bad... had to fake my name though as they have suspended me for 6 months for moaning too much about a sports bet they should have paid out on (not their excuse but that's the reality of it)...
My bets lost so I went back with the missus and opened another account, told her to avoid our home address and slightly mis-spell her name... deposited £50, walked out even and with £50 to play with online...
Played one of the slot tournaments, had a pretty high score for the 1st round on the Immortal Romance freeroll... got up to £300 on live dealer but got greedy and lost it. Decided to deposit another £25 to complete the tournament by continuing 5 more times... no good, got to a 25 euro winning position... had been given £25 match for transferring £25 to casino from sports so decided to have a spin on roulette... slowly built up but it was all sinking again... (this is starting to read like a JG long haul story but I assure you this is entertaining)! Decided I'd do a massive spilt with 7/10 and in came 10, £405! But now I had to wager £25 x 30 with it!
Thought the best option was low stake on a game that can pay big on a bonus round so went for Immortal Romance......it was good at first on 90p, kept even for a bit but as soon as I went up to £1.50 a spin it sucked... took 380 spins to give a bonus round of any type! NOW the problems start.... Your name is mis-spelt we need your passport... passport name didn't match but it wasn't that far off but decided I would try to correct this online... ALARM BELLS!!!!! I don't know why but she had even changed her year of birth!!! They now wanted FULL DOCUMENTATION, copy of passport, bills, bank statements... we never registered a card to her account, both transactions cash... we still tried going to the local shop where the lady would definitely have done all she could if she was able to and give us the money but CS were INSISTING on that ID...
I decided to try 1 more thing before I effectively gave up... go to the shop where the account was opened. I told the guy I would give him £110 if he got us the rest, he said he'd try, I sent her in and they were just having none of it at CS, CUNTS! They told her the account was now LOCKED!
Went home, tried to access, nothing, wouldn't let me in!
Next day I told her to email her stuff and just say she had 2 addresses and hope they just let her have it, for some reason the email never went through and it told her there was a delay in sending it! I was in a bad mood now and just decided to try to log in again...and in it went!!!!! But I still had no hopes of getting the money so I just started playing and betting - spent £150 on the bets I advised yesterday.......................... as you know, nothing came in! Played live blackjack and was down to £200 but then another magical patch of good luck resulted in me getting to £900. She then received an email effectively telling her to piss off and I decided there was only 1 thing for it now...something I'd thought of a long time ago!!! POKER! I had to go and put £50 into a mate's Ladcrooks account and he transferred it to poker, I downloaded poker and created an alias, transferred my cash into poker and we went on to find a table with pretty high limits which was empty and play each other on cash games... obviously I was meant to keep losing by raising then folding. Within 10 minutes all my £900 was gone and he had £935 to collect, which he did and all went to plan. So, FUCK YOU LADCROOKS!!!!!
Continued to use her account this morning to get free spins which resulted in nothing, got £5 more on her odds on card and £20 free bet plus I had that 25 euros coming in for the slot tournament.... they have now locked the account up and won't budge, so they've realised and my mate's account is also locked now! Funny enough, when he called them they said there was a problem which was that they needed to carry out a RANDOM IDENTITY CHECK! LOL! RANDOM MY ARSE! Without a doubt they know what has happened because in the middle of the losing someone came and sat on our table and we left to find an empty one! Bit of a coincidence that 2 random players both bumped into each other on 2 different tables and 1 of them who couldn't withdraw folded on every hand!
So yes they have escaped further punishment potentially by locking up the account with the £20 bet intact and the 25 euros but I still call this a major victory. As far as I am concerned, they can fuck off! You don't get ID'd for winning in shops, I completed all the wagering fair and square and I put my own REAL money in to get what I got. They've tried to rob me and I've been as ruthless as they are with MY money!
As far as I am concerned, Ladcrooks can go and take a running jump!

Further to this, they have now demanded my friend's details to be sent to them and they will 'consider' whether or not to reactivate his account! Anyone would think its a knighthood he's trying to get!
Went to a shop and took 8 odds on cards with application forms, staff member says "I wouldn't take all those, its obvious what you're doing and 'they' will catch you!" I replied, "CATCH me??" he then went on about registering lots of fake accounts and how my description would go around and how he didn't care, just telling me, etc. I said that I frankly couldn't give a flying fuck what happens, what if they do 'catch' me, are they going to get me charged with possession of multiple loyalty cards????????????????
