I got let down for 50 notes by portugal :x

Had Macedonia, Russia, Portugal & Netherlands to win. Only a tenner mind, but the last two were the bankers and the first two toughies! Rigged! :x

I had a gentlemen's agreement with a chum that England would win 6-0. Yes, he gave me the tenner, but could've made a ton had I backed it at SadBlokes... :o

Of course, had I done that, we would've won 5-0 / 7-0... :)

argentina not playing well could be down to that ecuador is at a very high altitude which can make it hard for teams who live a lower altitude as it can get hard to breathe
the bookies have seemed to have noticed this over the past couple of years because i backed ecuador at home to beat brazil a few years ago at 7/1 and they won 1-0 because of this factor.
ecuador were only 11/5 last night

Fair call but still Argentina needed the points! Big penalty miss and Messi missed a sitter! :x They were made to pay for their misses. It's a tight group for qualification!
