Issue 64 new games

Post by JG »

Rocket Money, essentially a 2009 Give us a Break featuring Ronnie O'Sullivan. Pot red, then pick a colour with black giving harder questions than yellow. Proceed up a pooints ladder to win prizes. When I played 50p/play, 50 points was about the target for £1. Considerably harder than Bullseye. Good presentation. 147 pays the jackpot. I assume black is always seven points, not a <<Chris Tarrant voice>> "you've just increased your break!" (by 0.1 points).
Looks like a game, where if you know answers to questions, you should win money. Hmmm. Moving on...

Play your cards right.

Play through three rounds by guessing hi/lo and answering a question for each guess. The usual rules apply. Same card = lose and you have change card at start and a freeze. I guess it could be decidedly rigged if it wanted, but three whole rounds to get to the cash game? I played it twice and got to round three twice, so have yet to see the cash game. At the end of each round you get an extra pass/try again etc
Again, harder than Bullseye.

Edit: What a banana I am! I've pretty much duplicated an earlier thread, not surprising issue 64 has been out for a while. I may delete this, I may not. Not sure yet.

At least you have a 50p option on your Rocket Money - on my OPEN its a £1 only.

I Have played both of these games, Rocket Money £1 seems easier than its 50p version with bigger prizes. There did seem to be more bonuses on offer with the £1 game which let me progress more.
Play Your Card Right, i have seen the prize round with this and basically you have the high low game once again with money values on each card turned.
