How can that be skill?

Played Blackjack game on a S**tbox some time ago, and thought what a pile of poo, so threw my money away on a few games of Deal or no Tidy Beard.
Out of desperation to find something to play that had not been hammered by the pros, I gave this game another go, only to come away thinking "How the hell is that game skill?"
On Texas Hold'em, at least I can use my Nokia N95 to photo the deck, so both me and the game know what each others cards are.
This is impossible on BlackJack, so how the hell do they reckon this is skill? Too many cards, and you need a video, not a photo. To win on this you need luck, and not skill. Also Blackjack should pay 94%, so this has to be rigged more than a Stacka on the front at Blackpool.
Is it just me, or am I missing something?
