I used to love that game - a top notch combination of a proper challenge and a Jackpot that was realistically available.
I assume you mean you won on one of these software simulations that I keep meaning to try rather than on a real machine somewhere? If the latter I'd be tempted to travel to see it for nostalgia reasons alone!

Not to keen an the old retro style of the game, i thought it looked dated when it came out. I am very surprised that the game is still doing the rounds, what machine did you see it on?

I think you are describing the recent Space Invader-style game (Alien Invaders?) that was on the ItBoxes about four or five versions ago, at the same time as Deals On Wheels. Quizvaders is a much older game.

Blimey - that is indeed a find! I remember playing this one in about 1992. I don't get up to Glasgow much but I'll bear it in mind certainly - I also have the legendary Foxy Pub Quiz to check out as well!

You won't find it in a pub, though

(not unless it's been relocated since my last visit, heh)

It was off.

The Turnover which preceded it wasn't always on either (though when it was on, it was normally very good).
