How do i find hundreds of Q's and A's

I would like to know if there is a very quick way of obtaining questions and answers like used on quiz machines.

Is there any way of ripping all the q's and a's from the quiz machines found on mame? Or is there an easier way of obtaining q&a's so that i can use them elsewhere? Fuck the copyright issue, i just need the q&a's.

If anyone can help, then it would be more than appreciated!
