Found a machine which had classic blockbusters on it ie the old one.

What I want to know is what do you get for going across the gold run? Came agonisingly close a few times and now I'm intrigued. Is it Jackpot? Or does a new gold run grid come up? Or does noting happen at all. Anyone done it?

it just doubles whatever you have picked up along the way.

so basically you get £2 rather than £1.

That one is very slightly less awful than the current one i.e. it's about 95% bad rather than 99% bad.

I managed to get all the way across once and did my little "jackpot jig".

£2 quid soon stopped me though.
