new game on paragon.

like all the others you have a matrix of random letters only this time they are in concentric rings and the gravity is only horizontal along these planes. (so it is possible to be lumbered with a Q which is impossible to get out if adjacent rings don't have a U*).
i'm not up to speed yet (only managed to clear it once by styleless hacking).

but there are some nice touches:
-you can whizz the rings around to more favourable positions
-a new high score category for rude words (yes, CxxT etc. are allowed)
-the type-in-your-name-for-the-hiscore-table has preselectable names for me, the Bobs and various other word game players (see CR on tour thread for picture)
-but if you try and call yourself a bad swear the default is "guttermouth"
- you only appear to get 100 points for clearing so the weighting is in favour of getting longer words and leaving unusable letters.

on first impressions it is tricky but i can see people playing this to get swear words in. and anyway, we are famous on every paragon across the land.

Dandy. Will have to see if it is around here yet. I notice on the picture that you scrolled away so VB was not visible... still sour.

Class. So where was the legend cut off? Who didn't make it as a "hero"?

you've seen all the default heroes on the two pictures. it starts with Big Ed and ends with Vajjy B. but it remembers previous players (hence HAIDUC being there) so you press the first letter and the heroes window automatically scrolls to your name.

That's good - it allows you to see how many different ppl have played the machine (sort of).
