If machines are being removed then it wouldn't surprise me if places thought that no-one was playing them and not realising about the lack of games. I don't think the removal of games is connected to the dongle credits as I think the machine would stop working entirely if these were gone. I think it's related to their licensing of 3rd-party games and brands as a safety mechanism against them being sued for continuing to offer the games if an extension to the licence hasn't been agreed.Topical2009 wrote:I'm trying to think of a single place where I've seen the machine return from the updated version to "normal" and I can't. It's surprising that the machines don't update themselves these days as most look to be connected to the internet.
