Are there any log files you can check to find out what the errors might be?

Could do with more info, really. Does it self-power off after the error message? Or can you browse around Windows?
The INDE software performs checks upon stsrtup to make sure you have a coin-hopper and credits etc. It checks all the hardware to make sure it's present. So if an item is faulty the software will log it somewhere.
I'm not sure where INDE logs its errors, but it'll be in the INDE main files somewhere, or maybe the default Windows error log?
If you can find the log, it'll tell you what hardware is at fault.

Is it something you bought off eBay? Or is it from a company?
