It's good to hear she won the case, and Leisure Link getting a seeing to of course.

Unless it was in her contract of employment that she had to move the machine she didnt have to move it. It was her choice. She was a collector .Machines are normally emptied from the front. Why not ask a member of staff to move it? I have a personal gripe that was not resolved with Leisure Link that has not been resolved , but this sucks unless the full facts are revealed and show any different.

How do you know they mean a cash collector, they could mean someone who is there to collect them.

It does say collector, that could mean she was swoping the machine, as it does say-

"She hurt her back, has not been able to work since, and took action against her employers, Leisure Link Electronic Entertainment Ltd"

or moving it to add another machine?

In 20yrs of playing machines I have never seen a woman engineer or a woman actually delivering or removing an swp or awp. If she miracously was delivering / removing a machine well in my opinion thats tough! Life is full of risk and people should assess the risks in employment and leisure and act accordingly.

Heh, I like the way she said:

"She is delighted at the outcome and relieved she can put it behind her."

What, is £184,000 the cure for a bad back? I can't imagine it'd be that comfortable to lay on? All those bulky £20 notes... ;)

LOL! :)

They should pay her with £1 coins.

They could link up a chute to her letterbox and pour them in.

Only problem would be that she would only get £183,999 unless she had long fingers or a comb.
