I saw my first £1 play Bullseye on the Gamesnet yesterday. The prize board however rather than being doubled appears to be exactly the same as on the 50p version. At first glance the prizes don't seem to be any easier to win either. Are they expecting people to part with a quid for the same expectancy of a prize as they have for 50p or am I missing something?

I'd hazard a guess its probably a higher percentage payout, but other than that, i doubt its any different....

in general i'm all for upping the ante but why doesn't someone release a game which starts out being £1 stake instead of tinkering with existing games?

that way i'd imagine they'd get a better idea of whether the public (i.e. not us) approve or not.

i dare say that fred bloggs sees that bullseye is going to cost him £1 to play after years of 50p thinks "sod that for a game of soldiers, i'm not going to pay twice as much for the same thing" giving little consideration for whether the payout is higher or anything else.

Played this for first time today.I think the post title has captured my feelings perfectly.Or am I also missing something?It's weird the 50p game is also on the same machine a la DOND.At least they've doubled the jackpot for your £1 a go.
