Noticed this new (I think) word game on a gamesnet today.

You are given a 4-6 letter word and have to replace letters within the word for letters in a pool (that can be shuffled for a new batch), all with a view to changing every letter in the original word.

Eg. you might be given FLAT and gradually change it thus: FEAT, BEAT, BEST, BENT, BEND, whereupon every letter has been changed and you are given a new word.

Takes quite a lot of thinking ahead and so isn't bummable in a frantic stabbing way. Is reasonably good fun to play tho', and has a great look with nice quirky cosmetic touches - well done to the designers who did this one.

My best score so far: 63,800 :?

Weve had this in our local a couple of weeks now and is quite fun to play. Though it is quite "bummable" as there is always a word to be made when it replaces the letter you've just used and you can always shuffle the letters if you cant spot one quickly.

What's the top score on your local board, Daz?

Wondering where to set the minimum score for the national scoreboard for this one...

Just one itbox around here has about 8 new games on it, including this, boggle, catch phrase and few more I cant recall.

THis game is pretty hard if it keeps stitching you with double-letter words, ie book need little etc.

think 've managed about 37k ?
