Steve W

Post by messiah »

A guy was very interested yesterday afternoon when fotherz and I ha made a cheeky early exit from work for a pint and a punt.

He said he was 'Steve W'. Anyone come across him before? He said he was a pro back in the day (80s?)

Seen Steve W all over London. I used to frequent the Devereux just off of Fleet Street and more generally used to see him everywhere within reach of the circle line.

I must have had about 5 conversations with him over the years but he never seems to recognise me. Most recently saw him in the City Tavern off Cheapside. He seems to only play the skill titles - the card games; Word Up etc.
