Orrible looking machine

Nipped in a pub in Aberdeen for a Campers, next to it was this horrible looking Inde, massive blue boxy cabinet, is this some sort of homebrew effort or are there more of these abominations around?

Its an INDE although with a proviso.... its the game content that makes a machine not the body of the machine
