He looked familiar to me, too. Neither him nor the winner seemed good enough to be members of the trivia elite - surely her claim to international tourney success was complete bobbins?
It was a pity he didn't win - I admired his resolute cockiness in the face of rather pathetic high-and-mighty bullying from his opponents.
